William T. Fejes, Jr., Chief Executive Officer and President, SL Industries, Inc.

William T. Fejes, Jr., 55, has served as CEO and President of the Company since June 29, 2010. From 2007 until April 2010, Mr. Fejes was the Chief Operating Officer of Seakeeper, Inc., a company that designs, manufactures and markets motion stabilization equipment for boats under 50 meters in length. Prior to joining Seakeeper, Inc., Mr. Fejes was the President, CEO and a Director of TB Wood's Corporation, a public company that designs, manufactures and markets industrial power transmission components, with plants in the United States, Mexico and Italy, from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Fejes also held various executive and management roles at Danaher Corporation, a public company that designs, manufactures and markets industrial and consumer products, for 18 years. Mr. Fejes is a director of Broadwind Energy, a public company for which he also serves as the Chairman of the Governance / Nominating Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Fejes was a Director of Automation Solutions, Inc., a privately held distributor of factory automation equipment.

Louis J. Belardi, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer, SL Industries, Inc.

Louis J. Belardi, 59, has served as CFO of the Company since August 30, 2010, and as the Company's Secretary and Treasurer since July 2010. Mr. Belardi previously served as the Corporate Controller of the Company from 2004 until August 29, 2010, during which time he was responsible for management of the Company's corporate accounting, SEC reporting functions and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Belardi was a partner in his own management consulting firm that specialized in providing financial consulting to public corporations. Before entering consulting, he was promoted through several financial roles to the position of Vice President Finance and Administration at Aydin Corporation, now part of L-3 Communications. Mr. Belardi started his career at Price Waterhouse.

Kenneth M. Owens, President, SL Power Electronics Corporation

Kenneth M. Owens, 54, has served as the President of SL Power Electronics since February 15, 2011. Mr. Owens initially joined the Company as the Corporate Vice President of Operational Excellence in November of 2010. From 2007 until October 2010, Mr. Owens was the Senior Vice President of Global Operations for C&M Corporation, a Company that designs, manufactures and markets cable and cable assemblies for OEM's in the industrial and telecom industries, with operating plants in the U.S., Mexico, and sub-contract partners in China. Prior to joining C&M, Mr. Owens was self-employed as the President of Results Inc. from 2002 to 2007, a consulting Company specializing in transition management assignments. Mr. Owens also spent 6 years in various management roles at Danaher Corporation, a public company that designs, manufactures, and markets industrial and consumer products.

Donald F. Klein, President, Teal Electronics Corporation and MTE Corporation

Donald F. Klein, 59, has served as President of the High Power Group since September 2007. The High Power Group is comprised of two separate SL companies that provide power quality products, TEAL Electronics, based in San Diego CA, and MTE Corporation, headquartered near Milwaukee, WI. For two years prior to joining the Company Mr. Klein was the CFO at Barksdale, Inc. in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at Artesyn Technologies, a public company that designs and manufactures power conversion products for the computing, networking, and medical industries. At Artesyn, Mr. Klein held several key leadership positions in Operations (VP Manufacturing for North America and VP of Global Operations), Finance (Controller, VP of Finance), and in General Management, which entailed running a $30M high power products acquisition with full P&L responsibility. Previous to that, Mr. Klein was at Tandem Computers in Cupertino, CA and Reston, VA for 9 years, where he held increasingly responsible management positions in Finance and Operations.

Alan Pelan, President, SL Montevideo Technology, Inc.

Alan D. Pelan, 67, has served as President of SL Montevideo Technology, Inc. since July 19, 1999. From 1990 until July 1999, Mr. Pelan was with BTR plc., a British industrial conglomerate that became Invensys after BTR and Siebe merged. He held a series of executive positions in the FASCO Motors group, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of AC motors and blowers and the Aerospace Group, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of component parts for aircraft as follows: Co-President of AC Motor and Blowers Division from 1997 to 1999, President of FASCO Motors' Eldon Division from 1995 to 1997, President of Airflow Company from 1994 to 1995, President of Harowe Servo Controls, Inc. from 1992 to 1994 and President of Haskon Corporation from 1990 to 1992.

Charles A. King, President, RFL Electronics, Inc.

Charles A. 'Tony' King, 52, joined SL Industries, Inc. as President of RFL Electronics on January 23, 2012. From 2008 to 2011 Mr. King served as Vice President and General Manager of Specialty Products of Danaher Corporation. Specialty Products is a manufacturer of a diverse portfolio of sensors and control brands including Joslyn Clark Controls, Veeder Root, Eagle Signal, Superior Electric, and Thompson Molded Products sold to the Oil & Gas, Military, Water Meter, Construction and Automotive markets. Prior to Danaher, Mr. King served 11 years with Illinois Tool Works in various roles including Director of Marketing for ITW Simco Static Control, General Manager of Electro Static Technology, and Group General Manager of Paxton Products, Vortec and Electro Static Technology. Early in his early career Mr. King was promoted through a number of roles Avery Dennison which served the printing needs of the Retail and Apparel Manufacturing markets where his responsibilities included management of custom software solutions and networking for distribution center management.

James A. Hooven, Jr., Vice President Operational Excellence

James A. Hooven, Jr., 40, has served as Vice President Operational Excellence of the Company since September, 19 2011. From January 2011 until September 2011, Mr. Hooven was the Director of Operations of Physiotherapy Associates, Inc., a company that provides physical therapy in over 650 clinics nationwide. Prior to joining Physiotherapy Associates, Inc., Mr. Hooven was the Business Unit Manager of SPS Technologies, a public company that designs, manufactures and markets fasteners for the aerospace, military, and industrial markets, from 2010 to 2011. Mr. Hooven also held various lean and operations management roles at Danaher Corporation, a public company that designs, manufactures and markets industrial and consumer products, for 7 years. Prior to Danaher, Mr. Hooven held various lean and operations leadership roles at Trane Co., a public company that designs, manufactures and markets commercial and residential heating and cooling equipment, for 5 years.
